Absolutely poor customer service. No concession although the error is clearly on the part of Zalando, and they want to take the customer for a fool because they claim that certain things cannot be done. It would be the death of any accounting department if they couldn't correct anything or write off incorrect entries. You may be big as a group, but that doesn't justify everything and if you think that not every single customer is important, that's ok, but at some point there may not be enough customers.
First of all, I have to say that I am (or was) a Zalando customer from the very beginning - however, I have had several very bad experiences in the last few months and will be ordering clothes from other stores in future because I don't have the desire, nerves or time to deal with the "customer service" for every item. It seems that the management has miscalculated a lot in its orientation and now the consequences of various cost-cutting measures (staff cuts, cheap staff, logistics services shifted abroad, etc.) are becoming increasingly noticeable on the customer side. This will probably not last much longer, which is a pity...
I placed an order and returned a sweater. After approx. 1 week, I received an e-mail stating that the return could not be accepted as there were supposedly signs of wear. However, this cannot be the case as the sweater was returned in its original condition! Great disappointment, as this is an attempt to foist the item on us and thus also to make us pay for it, although everything was done according to the return instructions.
Although you have paid everything, debt collection is called in and nonsensical costs are insisted upon. Disaster the bookkeeping
I have the order with the order number 10105554773805 revoked b.z.w canceled because of the color anthracite I have not ordered & still was shipped with the worst shipping service Hermes where I would rather have shipped with Dhl.you can not even cancel if the goods are packed at Zalando which is very unserioes.
I've been ordering from Zalando again for a while: Chucks. Unfortunately, you can tell that the shoes have already been worn. Not just in the apartment to try them on - like I did. There is dirt on the sole, the All Star logo at the back has worn off and the edge of the shoe at the front and sides is dirty. As you can no longer post reviews on Zalando itself, I choose this platform for feedback. And I certainly won't be ordering anything there again!
As recently as last year, I gave Zalando a positive rating and was very happy with the store for years. After the terms and conditions were changed, this is no longer the case. My employer gives me vouchers via the Belonio app, and for years I was able to use them to buy everything at Zalando, including perfume and cosmetics. That's no longer possible, which really spoils my enjoyment of the voucher. I haven't been able to find an explanation online as to why this is the case. I can't understand why it makes a difference to a company whether a perfume is paid for by credit or by credit card.
I am extremely disappointed! Normally I was always satisfied with Zalando and also their customer service, but after I returned two items and these were proven to have arrived according to the tracking number, but Zalando only told me after repeated questions on my part that the items had not arrived and therefore no refund would be made, it was the last purchase for me! That is the very last thing!!!
There were 2 Tshirts returned, but only 1 was credited back.constantly other employees barely speaking German..the other just hung up..never again Zalando..smells like fraud already
You order socks and get a shirt (it can happen). Then you send it back as a return and don't get your money back because you didn't send any socks back. What a customer service 😡😡😡
