Description
The intensive care service Atemzug focuses its work in particular on the well-being of patients and staff. Patients in a vegetative state are also constantly encouraged here through stimulation and sensory stimuli. And this leads to visible progress. Atemzug is always looking for reinforcements from nursing staff who are similarly passionate about their job and want to be part of a great team.
Challenge
As a small medium-sized company, it is much more difficult for Atemzug to be noticed by large care groups, not least for marketing budget reasons. Therefore, the plan from the outset was to create a film with viral qualities that would achieve the greatest possible reach.
Solution
The maximum employee and patient orientation of Atemzug is unique. All the more so in an industry that is increasingly subject to market mechanisms, but basically attracts highly empathetic people. Therefore, a somewhat exaggerated A/B comparison in a scenic form, which does not talk about Atemzug, but makes the values of Atemzug very experiential. Scenic forms are more elaborate, but still have the strongest impact.
Results
On Facebook: 42,000 views (unique visitors), 107 comments (99% positive), 812 reactions, shared 218 times and reached with 70% women aged 25 - 54 in Brandenburg exactly the target group.
