0They sell products they don't have, shipping takes ~ x10 times what is indicated and the customer service is very bad. Overall not a good experience.
12 months waiting time because parts of the order were not available. Money was but completely deducted. These parts were then also missing in the delivery, but the money already paid was not refunded. The sizes do not fit the European standard. Return shipping pointless because much too expensive. The things would have to be sent to Hong Kong at their own expense (40€ postage). Never again!
0Refunds are a nightmare. Just make sure the clothing you buy is the right size. I was never able to return what did not fit. I had to keep it and was not refunded. Getting answers take 1 business day and the answers are not specific. Terrible! Never again will I order anything from this website.
0It says it will be shipped within 24 hours, but I haven't received it for a week, I said I sent it but there's no logistic news for a few days, and there's no tracking number, so it's just not shipped... email, look for customer service, there's no answer... I can't find anyone to help me at all 🙌🏻. I asked them to cancel my order, and they said refund will only refund the credit amount, that means they are forcing people to buy from you!

0I used this website for 10+ years to get skincare and make up and I'm sad to say that the customer service and shipping reliability has gone down the drain. My recent order was delivered to the wrong address and it took me 35 days of back and front emails to STILL not get a refund from them. I had to open a case on paypal to get a refund. They are also using a dodge courier service (never heard of them), that have no proper website, no email address and no phone number so there's no way to actually contact them in case your package is lost etc. Do NOT recommend.
2Dont ever buy from this shop ever again. They accused me of saying I put the wrong address in it and will ignore all of my emails where I have attached proof. They forgot to write the first line of the address in blaming me saying that I didn't put the first line of the address when ordering when in fact I did. I even had to call Australia Post to prove to me that it was their fault on their end and Yesstyle still continues to say it was not their fault. I am incredible appalled and I will never get my money back because these scums decide to blame everything on the customer. Unprofessional. Disgusting and Money munchers. Just buy from Taobao instead or Shein.
2Most items are not in stock and it takes 2 months to get the order in stock. Shipping is so long and I almost forget my order. I bought many times before and now I gave up on yesstyle due to less in stock items and shipping forever...
3Worst shopping experience ever. Their return policy is ridiculous. Refunds are only in the form of store credit but won’t give your money back even if the product is out of stock after you have ordered & paid for it. So basically they tie up your money. I asked them to refund back to my card or I will have no choice but report to the consumer council. That’s when they agreed to refund to my card but guess what they said, "we regret that we are unable to process any of your future orders/provide further service". How absurd. Cannot believe it’s actually from Hong Kong. Seriously I don’t get how they have so many positive reviews. Do yourself a favour and go for a store that will actually give you your money back.
