We can only warn against this washing system! Nothing works! No customer service! No competent contact person! Stereotypical mail replies. Our WG is returning to the tried and tested coin system!

the service it’s terrible. the mashines don’t properly work, they don’t even wash the clothes as the program you select should. the floors are always full of water coming out of the mashines. most of the time half of the mashines are broken. i would never recommend that service. terrible.

I use the service for 3 months. There is 1 washing machine for 2 buildings of tenants. The machine broke so far 3 times(once a month on average), last two times it took the "service" about a week to fix the problem, this time it's been 3 weeks already and it's not yet fixed. When I, or the other neighbours contacted them regarding the situation they sent an automated reply that they are working to fix the issue. I even offered to add another machine so we will have some sort of a solution when the machine is not working and the reply was again automated and not very helpful. The machine itself, when it works, is good and the app is easy to handle, but a company that knows of a reoccurring problem of their only product and doesn’t offer any fair solution should receive 1 star.

Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with WeWash. The washing machines in the Heidelberg student residence regularly don't work for weeks on end. This is extremely frustrating, especially as a launderette is a long way away and takes up a lot of time and money.

Dirty machines, but no one cares. The cleaning service of the property management is supposedly responsible. The property management says WeWash is responsible. In the end, nothing happens and the machines remain dirty.

WeWash GmbH is located at Sendlinger Tor - Platz 10, in 80336 Munich. The washing machines and dryers work through cashless online payment. I can also do laundry at any time of day. That is certainly a step forward. The staff at the aforementioned company are very friendly, helpful and very valuable. Highly recommended!
