There are way too many glitches that I experienced but impossible to get anything ironed out. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! It is quite the nightmare trying to get in touch with their customer care to resolve any issue. You can call as often as you like but they will take their own time to respond if at all. Really deserve minus 5 stars for the kind of service they provide.
0Not comprehensible which ratings are summarized how and with which weighting. The resulting evaluation of trust you partly completely illogical, implausible and absurd. My suggestion, completely revise the algorithm!
1I have written to the company, since illustrated reviews on Internet pages do not correspond to reality. Unfortunately, I do not receive any feedback on my already 3 mail in 3 weeks, why my house is shown on pages worse than it actually is or text passages from guests who have nowhere with us so a rating.
2As an evaluator, it seems very dubious to me. You don't find out how the data is used; at least it's not intuitively recognizable. If something needs to be clarified later, responsibility is shifted back and forth.
2I would rate my tolerance level for bad experiences and the resulting bad reviews as enormously high. In other words, a lot has to happen for me to get carried away with a bad review. But with this company, unfortunately, the measure is now full. Contract signed in September 2018. Contract period 12 months. In the terms and conditions of TrustYou, the date of signing the contract is specified as the start of the contract. License start was due to extensive modernization work in our house but only May 2019. So from September 2018 to May 2019, the contract should rest. Now in Corona times from our point of view in due time to September 2020 (three months notice) terminated. But now TrustYou insists on the start of the contract in May 2019, so they think that the start of the contract and the start of the license are legally the same, so they still demand fees for 12 months. Apart from the contractual side, in difficult times you can see which contractual partners are really fair and with which you can work together again in good times. TrustYou is not one of them. Paid and filed under "NEVER AGAIN".
2Dear Mr. Höfer, thank you very much for your feedback. We very much regret that we were unable to find a mutually satisfactory solution despite various compromise proposals. We have worked out various measures to support our customers in the current crisis while maintaining contractual agreements and are pleased that we have already been able to support many customers. If there are still open questions or uncertainties on your part, you can always contact your responsible account manager directly. Thank you very much, your TrustYou Team
