Unfortunately, poor accessibility and long delivery times. Here, details of delivery weeks are made. I can not remember this ever to have read in a store. Thought it was days, as is usually the case. Sorry, no timely processing.

We are always available at the indicated consulting hours and since we are a serious German manufactory and not an import trade, we of course need time in case of high order volume to manufacture our products by hand with great attention to detail and professionalism.

Have a custom wool felt curtain (incl ceiling track & hooks) made for the basement exit - great material, perfect fit, small complaint was resolved immediately, team is always available by phone and always super friendly and courteous! I ordered a felt curtain a little over three weeks ago and was surprised today that the delivery status is still open. In a phone call, it was explained to me that the delivery time is 10-12 factory weeks and this is also stated in the order confirmation and online when ordering. Indeed, this is the case and my impatience thus my fault. One suggestion, however: Please show the expected delivery date or the required production time clearly (gladly also highlighted in color as with others directly in the product configuration. The current display is really very difficult to perceive or hidden in information about the configuration - almost as if this was intended. A Schelm who thinks evil thereby. With such a long delivery time, I probably would have chosen a different solution. My evaluation I will revise after receipt of the order again, since in particular the product and its processing should be evaluated. Many greetings Klaus

What exactly are you dissatisfied with? We are sorry that your first mail did not reach us, because you sent it to a wrong mail address. However, this is not our fault. After your message reached us, we immediately called you back to take care of your problem. Unfortunately we cannot do more. We understand that you are dissatisfied, but this has nothing to do with us, our service or the received goods. Perhaps you will simply contact us again and we will consider together whether we can still positively resolve your incorrect order.
From ordering to delivery fully satisfied all around. The website is clearly designed, the delivery arrived on time and well packed with us and the products are as ordered, to the millimeter fit. Full recommendation, we are happy to buy here again.

I had 3 acoustic pictures made for my business. Customers, employees and I are thrilled. Starting with the Consultation to the delivery was all top. I was even allowed to borrow pictures beforehand to test whether it is something for us. I am very satisfied.

The final purchased product is absolutely fine. Until the decision was made, I ordered felt samples some time ago. When I asked if I would now be reimbursed for the felt samples, customer service said "yes, as long as they are in resalable condition", only postage costs are not reimbursed. So I returned the felt samples in original packaging at my own expense. But I do not receive the credit so far, instead only excerpts from the terms and conditions are copied into the mail communication, instead of times communicated with each other in a few reasonable sentences. With the rating tool "Echte Bewertungen" a mediation procedure was opened, for which I spent a lot of time with repeated explanations. Unfortunately, my issue was not resolved, but in the end my rating was simply rejected by the dealer on the grounds of "defamatory". This is also how a dealer gets positive reviews without exception. It is not at all a matter of wanting to say something bad to someone here, but it simply annoys me immensely that there is such a bad service behavior and information is given on demand, which is then not kept. I just want to share my bad service experience with others, then everyone can make up their own mind whether they want to buy from this store.

Returning an item that is no longer used after almost 2 years is not allowed, as a revocation ends after 14 days. Samples are items discounted by us, which you bought with a normal purchase contract and for which, except that they are sold far below value, the same legal conditions apply as for all other items.
