The customer service is excellent!
0Absolutely not recommended as a vehicle management system for dealers. No further development of the system, zero innovations, very poor support and the few remaining employees are overwhelmed and left alone by the management. Good that there are other providers.
0Unbelievable customer service... anyone who needs help is lost here. Fortunately, we only have our website through this provider, which we are now also moving. The support is never reachable, callback requests are consistently ignored for over 3 weeks. The damage would be unimaginable if you still have your vehicle management here and a problem occurs....
0Modix has become a disaster. Trying to reach support for 3 months, mails and tickets are accepted, but a response is not received. We will change the provider.
1It used to be the best company in the world.
0We were a Modix customer for 5 years with our car dealership website. There are one-time setup and ongoing license fees. Since our website looks completely outdated we need a new one. Modix relies on "modules" which are less customizable than in a "normal" agency. For this reason we decided against Modix. However, what is the absolute impudence: 1) Monthly license fees are charged for an SSL certificate that is completely free. Here one is quite simply pulled over the table! The other modules that cause license costs are also affected, at least if you compare them with WordPress plugins. 2) We have submitted our cancellation on 18.01. - notice period is then the 11.08. - so just under 7 months ... very customer unfriendly! Here it's all about maximizing profits! The main thing is to be asked if you do not want to stay! I can not explicitly recommend this provider and advise against becoming a customer there.
