Price increase of approx. 20% for the same service...
0If I have a problem as a dealer, I can only get through to the call center. They are stubborn and do what they want. If I want to speak to a manager, I am not put through. Some of them don't hang up the phone, so you can't rate them badly. They put the phone down and wait until the customer hangs up, no matter how long it takes. They know that you can't call the higher floor and make full use of their power!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------- Update to answer: I personally have had problems at least 15 times each time I only got as far as the call center and no further. When the employees realize that the customer is going to rate themselves badly, they don't hang up the phone but simply put it to one side and wait until the person opposite hangs up. Otherwise there is a chance that the employees at the call center will get a bad rating. So they prevent it and if you want to speak to a manager, you are not forwarded and don't get a call back. Why is there no telephone number for the manager where we dealers can call if we have a complaint? The great thing is that the prices are rising again! This means that hiring a vehicle will soon cost €25 net per month plus graduated prices! If we as customers were taken more seriously, I would perhaps understand the price increase, but I can say for myself that in my opinion this is unfortunately not the case and that in my opinion we as customers are only allowed to pay but have no rights! The packages are getting smaller and smaller but more expensive.

That's right, there really are far too many ads on mobile.de! I can confirm that in the past not so many advertisements were displayed, it really doesn't look like a professional site anymore :-(( And some dealers write that mobile.de has repeatedly increased prices in recent years, which I think is cheeky of mobile.de From now on look for cars at the competition :-)

The new setup with the "sponsored" ads really gets on my nerves. If you set up a search with "cheapest first" and then have to fight around with all the ads that don't fit in there, I go straight to the competition. You people are full of nonsense. You might sell well to the dealers, but please, you exist because we search for cars through you, but I'm slowly losing interest.... Too much advertising and "sponsored" ads! mobile.de no longer looks like a serious site!

As for "sponsored ads", these are also very limited in the search results list and always explicitly match the search parameters you enter. They therefore always belong to the results you are looking for. In the case of a price sorting, they are of course preferred and will confuse the sorting somewhat in a few places. However, they are easy to recognize by the marking and can therefore be easily identified. However, it is not uncommon for our users to find an attractive offer here, as they are 100% suitable for the chosen selection as explained. I was shocked at how much advertising mobile.de displays when you search for a vehicle, it no longer looks like a professional site when you consider how expensive the fees are each month, which is out of all proportion! After years of cooperation, I am disappointed by the behavior of this company towards its customers. They forget who they are working for and who is making substantial monthly payments to maintain the company. I cannot recommend this company in any way, we have found an alternative and pay only a fraction of the high fees of mobile.de and above all we see less advertising. mobile.de has no unique selling point on the market.
3I have ended my business relationship with Mobile after 20 years. I'm not going to let some unknown person insult me about Mobile and then give me a negative review with the goodwill of Mobile. And I'm supposed to pay several hundred euros a month for that. Certainly not!!! Absolutely dubious and incompetent.
3I bought a car online and the process is really bad. I've been waiting for a week for the dealer to send a vehicle registration document to DAD, before that the vehicle was reserved for someone else for a week even though I had already paid and so on. It never ends although it could be so easy. Nobody replies to emails via the contact form and when I call they always promise help and nothing happens. In general, I have to contact them myself every time so that they can get back to me and give me an update on the current status. I don't understand the poor service, especially with the sums involved. Update: After the aforementioned phone call, I was promised delivery of the car before Christmas, but nothing has happened for another week.
