Challenge
The journey towards selecting and implementing the IT system began years prior, involving the engagement of a specialized consulting company. This collaboration led to the development of an extensive set of requirements, totaling 2,000 items, covering various organizational processes in finance, purchasing, production, and quality control. Solution
