I became aware of Megaport through Amazon because I wanted to buy a new PC, but I wanted my own configuration, so I looked for the website of the online store. I immediately liked the website and the configuration options and put together a high-end PC. I then ordered it and paid in advance, yes I transferred over 4000 euros to a store I didn't know yet, and you can believe me, after that my personal building pains (paranoia) started. Oh man, how can you be so stupid, everyone on the net says the first order on surname, so you can get an idea about the company. You can believe me, the approximately 9 days with shipping were a little horror for me, I had really gotten so into it that I probably really got on the support's nerves ,-) But the support was always friendly, helpful and very professional and I was really annoying. Let's come to the end, what can I say about Megaport: From my side a clear recommendation Package was neutrally packed PC was mega well protected during transportation (packed) PC is well installed (no problems so far) So here now 10/5 stars Also like to give my name Stephan Brill
0This is the second computer we have bought from Megaport. The packaging has always been very reliable and overall everything has worked well. Unfortunately, we had to complain about a power supply unit after three months, but it was replaced without any complications on our behalf. Further purchases are highly likely.
0The very last thing the gentleman on the phone knew exactly what it was about on the phone and still asks stupidly PC is already burned inside now they have the third attempt and they still do not take it back never again I will buy there very terrible service and bad goods only problems

Despite the higher pricing, which was somewhat influenced by the challenges of the pandemic, the performance and quality of the PC have made it a worthwhile investment. Megaport's attention to detail and the seamless functioning of the PC have been commendable, earning them a solid 4-star rating. I appreciate their commitment to delivering a product that has stood the test of time in terms of both durability and performance.
02 out of 2 PCs broken. Customer service is not very eager to fix the problem. The only option is to send in the whole PC. Of course you have to pay for packaging material and co yourself. Shipping is covered. Since it was my only PC and I use it as a company device, sending it back was not possible. (Especially not with company-relevant data on it. - But they insisted on it!!!) I am an IT technician myself and asked for a different solution because I can do the maintenance/replacement of the parts myself. The support was more than incompetent, unfriendly and preferred to portray the customer as an idiot rather than help. In the end, my father and I (software developer and IT technician) figured out the problem ourselves after 4 weeks and then put in new ramsticks. (No XMP profile set, bios not up to date, boot sequence wrong, etc etc) There was a lot wrong. I sent the broken ramsticks back. According to their technician, they work. No refund for the RAM but they are now sending me back the broken ram. They also ignored my repeated statements that I would like to withdraw from the contract and return the entire PC. I have already called in my lawyer. Germany really is a service desert... I don't know how such a company can survive. Never again!
0If I could, I would give it 0 stars. They don't even deserve the one star. I received the PC and it worked fine at first, but after 3-4 days I noticed that the windows were foggy inside. It got worse and worse, so I called customer service and wanted to send the PC back. I spoke to them on the phone and said that I no longer had the original packaging but would buy everything I needed to pack it. The customer service staff were very cheeky and said that I could pack it myself but that damage could occur (by chance this is exactly what happened). I then got the return ticket and packed the PC much better than they had sent it with styrofoam, foam, 15 meters of bubble wrap, filling material. DHL asked me to put glass glue on it carefully. After 2 days I received a message that the pane was broken on one side, which is impossible. They didn't even pack it that well. How am I not supposed to know that they broke the glass and blame me? Customer service said it could break and you couldn't get a full refund and that's exactly what happened. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY HERE!!! FRAUD! If the full amount is not refunded in full, a lawyer will be called in!!!

0Super technical support, by email AND especially by phone. Ordered a gaming PC there almost 4 years ago, fast delivery and good quality. PC runs very stable right from the start. After almost 4 years of buying a PC, I would not have expected such support in this day and age; competent technical support in relation to my PC configuration at the time, which was still available and served as the starting point for the upgrade discussions. Keep up the good work, and thanks again!
