Supports crowdfunding platforms and their projects reliably and quickly in service. We have had good experience.
1Customer service not reachable even with 10 mails. Finlane simply does not process the remittances to Startnext customers, deadline has already passed. Unreliable AND poor or no customer service
0We can only recommend this agency. Competent and sympathetic employees, great advice, fast response times and a super well thought-out and designed platform that makes it easy for even not so Internet-savvy starters to bring their project forward!
1It has certainly already made a difference. However, I would like to see a more "positive" approach instead of a reference to a manual that one should follow and do accordingly, etc. Also a (short) feedback on the particularly positive aspects of the idea, e.g. ours, especially if it is a "Refugee welcome" project, where starters are certainly often not yet so firm in "business issues". Of course you are responsible and must "bring" but Startnext also lives from starters... There would be more recognition fine. And even if you are ready to learn would be just times but something on his strengths feedback fine and constructive, otherwise you are rather demotivated. Even if Startnext helps many is otherwise also the question of how many so jump off, which could be helped with something else handling also still (more). Like also us. Although we could have continued, purely non-profit, only one loses so but also interest to continue there, makes that rather elsewhere.
