Toxic work culture. Employees are exploited and burned out. CEO is unteachable and cannot retain employees. High turnover. Extremely conservative and neoliberal views make it impossible to work there. Contracts are usually offered for a limited period of time, because "employees can get away with anything else". Anyone who falls ill is quickly dismissed. Conclusion: Hands off!

0Some time ago we exchanged our old telephone system for a hosted PBX from equada. The entire change was simple and quickly done. Since then, the technology has been running without any problems. Thumbs up!
0Equada is the company behind the voip offers "Personal-Voip". First the company terminated its customers, then there are also problems with the reimbursement of customer credits: some customers were apparently refused reimbursement altogether, while others have obstacles put in their way by being required to provide cumbersome proof (including a copy of their ID card by mail, while everything else was possible digitally before). All in all, very customer-unfriendly.
0As a patron of personal-voip.de customer unfriendly behavior when it comes to cancel the free connections and then deny the customer credit because the last recharge was three years ago. Equada is currently the most brazen company which I had to get to know. They refuse to refund my prepaid credit in the amount of €10.12 because the last recharge was too long ago and a transfer would cause disproportionately high costs. This is the statement of the support. Therefore, no matter how the issue turns out, the company is to be avoided and as a solution design architect I will also no longer offer Equada solutions. It should also be noted that I have terminated the contract and these gentlemen behave so brazenly that I consider even one star too much. O.M.
