More appearance than reality There is definitely more focus on marketing and image here than on development, support, etc. Tolga makes a sympathetic impression and so we also thought that what Elopage offers has to be blatant. If you know Memberspot and the like, you know that nothing here is crass. Functions such as posting comments or a group for course participants have apparently not been available for years. Videos, including sound, are compressed underground, the possibilities of the page builder, e.g. for the sales page, are felt to be from 1999 and all in all, the reseller share that Elopage gets is simply too high.

I have placed an order (B2.1 + B2.2 Intensivkurs) with free cancellation within 14 days, after 6 days asked for a cancellation and full refund, but now after a month they still procrastinate me !!!?

Some commentators here seem to be blaming Elopage for Elopage users. So as a direct customer of Elopage, I would like to leave my feedback. Elopage's support is good, and you get additional support that goes beyond just using the platform. That's why I'm leaving 5 stars.

The service is subterranean. We have been waiting 4 weeks for a promised refund. Telephone contact difficult, as the selection in the menu does not even allow these questions. Stefanie from elopage then explained to me that this is done by an external payment office (?!).

They don't feel responsible. I bought something via Elopage and wanted to cancel the subscription. The provider's email does not exist (an error message comes back). Elopage doesn't feel any responsibility here and keeps referring to this non-existent email. Now I have to contact my credit card company as there is no other way to contact the provider. Never again via Elopage!

There can be no question of "support". I have never spoken to such a rude and complacent person on the phone. I have canceled my subscription for this reason.

So, I strongly suspect that this is a scam. The promises were, it is free and non-binding. Email address given and after 12 days came a letter from a lawyer, I should pay 3.570,- Euro plus legal fees, with various threats. That is criminal. They must have it bitterly necessary to cheat and rip off the people. Please, dear fellow human beings, be on your guard here against this company.
