0Hello I am a tax consultant or owner of a law firm and of course also with the DATEV. About the website I got to the company because they are at the DATEV. Unfortunately, I am totally disappointed about the poor service. I have DATEV ASP. The response times are much much too long for me the want stands's prepayment and then deliver my eighth much too bad and too late. My employees are also totally dissatisfied because they tell me we call then and then call me so and so no one back and if you a day later or hours later the problem is fixed Last time I had an installation where you have to identify yourself with a so called token and then you can access the server via the web interface. They just didn't get it right, it took several attempts until it worked, my employee couldn't work for several days. In my opinion, they simply have too little capacity and almost always only one employee calls me. I do not understand at all that the DATEV partners have become. I was previously with another provider because the problems were solved much much faster !!!!!'. As a tax consultant I advise other tax consultants to extreme caution !!!!! The performance is in my opinion too low for a tax consulting company that attaches importance to short response times. To say the least !!!!!' Who has questions can call me with pleasure !!! This is a service standard on our part and helps to avoid frictional losses in communication and to ensure that correct processing takes place. A personal contact person knows your system landscape and can often assess and act better than constantly changing people - this guarantees a response time in accordance with the contractually agreed terms. Depending on creditworthiness and payment experience, we reserve the right to adjust payment terms and also to insist on payment in advance. Invoice payment by direct debit on the due date, as contractually agreed, would speed up the processes considerably. In addition, as a DATEV system partner, we can only be as good as our customers' IT landscape allows.
