It's really tragic that Recaro's own store is only causing discord and confusion among potential customers instead of concentrating on manufacturing their products. The Podium alone has not been available for years. We have so much extra work because of this very faulty store, because we constantly have to explain things even though people haven't bought them from us. This only causes irritation and Recaro should concentrate on being able to deliver its products promptly. It's really completely unnecessary to compete with our own dealers. Recaro does not deliver to end customers for dealers, but strangely enough this store does. Very strange business practices. You start to lose interest in what are actually great products. It's funny, not long ago Recaro wanted to abolish the entire aftermarket seat sector and now they obviously want to go directly to the tuning end customer. Have fun with it, also with the installation and TÜV advice that is part of the sale, which they probably also want to take over :)
0I can only agree with the 1-star reviewers. After an automatically generated order confirmation, you no longer receive any information about your order - not even when asked. There is probably only the way via the PayPal buyer protection. Maybe not the best B2B partner for merchandise, but of course Aston Martin and Co. have to decide that for themselves.

0Poor customer service, item was shipped only after almost 2 weeks, 3 days before shipping the item was canceled. Until today 17.03 no reaction. Paypal buyer protection is informed. Highly unserious!

0Never had such poor service from a company as bad as this. Someone will always "get back to you", no reply to emails and quick to put the phone down when you eventually get through. Been chasing an order for well over 4 weeks which was a present that wasn't fulfilled due to this company's disappointing service. It's a shame it has come to me leaving such a bad review but honestly this has left me feeling really really upset and genuinely disappointed. Poor effort Cyber Wear.
