In my opinion, it was much better before than now. Before, you could press up to 160 pages every month for free or almost free. However, this is not possible now, every time and no matter when I want to print something, the possibility of a free print is not available. If you then use the Primum + (where you can share the cost with the sponsors) then you have to pay not less than 15 €. If I then want to press the things at the university or outside, I will then pay a maximum of 6€, so even cheaper!.. Jmd. would say it, then always press your things at the university. I can do that, but this evaluation should only be a comparison of how Plus Peter or Charly has changed between before and now. Maybe it's worth it now if you want to print your bachelor thesis or a lot of documents, but I can't write about that since I've never done that with Charly. However, about the print quality you can not complain, so is top.
0Placed an order through the website, and even got an email that my print has been dispatched, but not received/delivered even after 10days. No customer support on the website and telephone is not responded to. No tracking details of the order as well.
0I have been ordering scripts for university there for years. So far, I have had no problems at all, and shipping has always been fast. However, the scripts from my last order were never delivered. I contacted customer service and they told me to wait a little longer and see if the scripts would eventually arrive, which unfortunately they did not. Contacted customer service again (3 times), but have not received a response or refund of the amount paid. Too bad!
0the freemium printing used to work super fast and was always available. for over a year now i can't get it anymore.

0I have ordered there several times and have not had any other problems. All scripts arrived quite quickly. This time my script had a printing error. All 140 had not been printed ( only the checkered background was visible ). On the same day I wrote an email to customer service and asked for a reprint. A week went by and no one got back to me. So I called there over 10 times, but always the subscriber was/is not available. In the second week I wrote a few more mails in the hope to reach the customer service and now to claim my money back, because a new print now would not arrive in time for the exam. Tomorrow it will be 20 days in which I have received no info / help. I guess I will have to contact paypal.

Used to order from charly education without any problems, but now waiting for my script since end of October 2021 (it now end of January, so over three months ago). Customer service is terrible, neither emails nor phone calls are responded to. I am now trying to get my money back via paypal.
4Printing 200 pages already takes longer than 3 months and requests to support are not responded to

For days the login on the page via Facebook is not possible and that just before the exams! My mistake that I left my flashcards and study materials on this site and now GAR no longer have access to them. Customer service has already been contacted 2x and I'm still waiting for a response.

Order placed for 2 months and so far not done. Customer service does not respond anywhere : mails, Facebook, telephone, contact form and I have waited 1-2 weeks between requests.
