Can only advise against it. As soon as there are problems, there is no response for weeks "due to the current large number of inquiries". When they finally respond, they use standard phrases and refer to the landlord or Hanse Merkur (who are certainly in cuddle with Bestfewo). In the end, you are stuck with the costs in the event of cancellation, despite a justified and insured event. Bestfewo is not cooperative and also does not help to clarify the case with Hanse Merkur, which is affiliated with them. NEVER AGAIN!

Unfortunately, I can only advise against this service. Looks great. But clearly more seem than be. I booked a vacation home for 1,100 EUR for a week in Mallorca for May. Booking date January. At the end of March I wanted to find out if and how much I should or must pay. After 4x on the service line hung up, a friendly information, you have to ask in the department. After all - it came then also after 2 days an answer. My confirmed!!! Booking was canceled. Why, they could not tell me. Quite great. In the meantime booked the flight, entered the vacation plan, etc. Had I not asked by chance, I would have been on the day of departure without accommodation dagestanden. Clean. My recommendation: Hands off this mediator.

People just won't stop talking on the phone until they have to end the conversation. Should anyone receive bills from best Fewo that come as a bit of a "surprise", I would ignore them. Many self-constructed claims on the part of bestfewo can hardly be enforced.

Quite unserious business practices I am landlord of a small vacation cottage in Spain. Unfortunately, I had to realize that through my ad placement at bestfewo, my cottage suddenly appeared on other platforms, with false information and the possibility of instant booking, which I had never agreed to. The headline of these "fake ads" was already so misleading that this would have been fatal for me in case of an immediate booking. As an example: I have a minimum age of 30 years for the main tenant (from experience), the bestfewo ad, which was placed on various platforms, wrote on the other hand: Minimum age from 18. My house is very small and at most suitable for couples with small child (in the baby extra bed), but in the fake ad of Best-Fewo was "vacation home for 3 guests" already in the headline. When I then found out after days of researching at all, that bestfewo was behind these erroneous advertisements on various platforms, I called there and they then tried to "change me in the system" : from instant booking (commission-based) to ad booking 150 euros/year. I was told that I could then cancel this contract. But I didn't want an ad booking with annual prepayment and had never agreed to it. So why cancel if there was no contract of this kind in the first place? Very dubious. And the customer service of bestfewo has not admitted his mistake with a word or apologized for it, but after my persistent negotiations to delete my ad on bestfewo completely and also on all partner platforms finally agreed and claimed that one would be very "accommodating". A joke. Never again!
