Goods ordered but still not arrived after 12 days. Typical German sleeping car company. Terrible. That something like this still exists today.

0Waited 10 days for goods, contacted by email, this is simply ignored. Then after 14 days called with the statement one will take care of put off and in the evening then a payment reminder in the mailbox. The next morning called again, the gentleman wanted to do nothing because the colleague yesterday has already taken everything. I had to threaten first with lawyer so that finally someone takes care of the matter. Conclusion withdrawal from the contract because after 17 days still no goods appeared. At least a credit note is made by return of post.

I wish I had read reviews before. They left items out of my order and said it was my fault. Horrible customer service.

Poor complaint processing, the return of the complete goods should be at your own expense, although you are not to blame for the defect in two items. Not professional!

Goods are not delivered, info to seller, yet come invoice and reminder despite repeated telephone and written contact - very opaque company structure!
