The process of finding and integrating colleagues is smooth and effortless, - except for 2 exceptions - Andersen could always right away deliver the quality in software engineering that we needed. Personally I have to add that all the Andersen’s colleagues that we worked with are extremely professional and also always persons that is fun to work with. Overall service at Andersen is very good: The contact persons are always there to help when questions occur, we appreciate the regular updates and even accounting is working just fine. Also having used the trial periods with some of the new colleagues helped a lot. If there is anything that could be improved in the future I would recommend setting up an online self-service portal to help keep track of agreements, SOWs, working hours and invoices.
