0Although our company has been with Adocom for at least 10 years, lately no emails are answered and no one from this provider, cares about our concerns, we will now cancel.
3Sorry that my evaluation comes only now but I would like to talk here times fact, what this company allows itself everything so. To point 1: The contract; The contract is designed so that a withdrawal from the contract is not possible and can thereby rip off the customers, or bind to a term. Furthermore, the contract is not quite legal, exactly I do not want to say anything about it; because I do not like to tell the company where the error lies in the contract, they should find out for themselves. As well as the employee insists on a signature of the contract, so you do not even have time to read through the contract in peace and possibly sleep a night over it and decide! To point 2: The website (the template); To the template with Photoshop always includes an intern, because where I had such a contract, was used for my website template an intern and the result was horrible, or überhaut not to use; there I would have myself guaranteed with HTML and CSS3 made a better template! To point 3: The concept (planning of the website); Planning always involves more than one person, which was not a problem, but listening. Because my concept was: that I needed a website for my hosting services and in the end was not implemented what I wanted, with which it apparently goes after their nose and not those of the customer, I quote "CUSTOMER IS KING AND NOT THE COMPANY"! To point 3: The implementation (the store); For a hosting company invidual store systems are required! The company generally always uses the Shopware Community Edition and sells this to the customer, which is not allowed according to the Shopware guidelines, According to Shopware only the paid editions may be resold to customers! (Speak from experience through contact with Shopware itself). To point 4: The cancellation; To the termination, I can only say that I got a call after my cancellation and told me that I have no right to cancel as a B2B customer but there are the wrong, then they should read the law carefully, because I do not know which interns have created the terms and conditions, because these are just ridiculous and sound already at the first sentence unseriös! Not even my lawyer could enforce the termination, so that I myself have incurred further costs. To point 5: My existence; Through this contract "gag contract" this company has destroyed my existence, so that I had no choice but to file for insolvency. More info about this company: After my own long research, I have found out that this company was was in insolvency at that time. My recommendation: My recommendation to the not yet customers of adocom, please take a close look at the contract beforehand and have it checked for correctness if necessary before you sign it, because if you have signed it, it is too late and you can no longer withdraw. Or you can search a bit more intensively and find a more reputable provider. I from my experience can absolutely NOT recommend the adocom, should be taken from the market! PS: This review will not only be readable here!
8I absolutely cannot recommend adocom. Nothing was right from the start but I couldn't cancel my contract and then I also missed the cancellation deadline. The status today (March 2021): My emails are not answered, my change requests have not been implemented for a year. No update has been made for more than a year but I still have to pay. I had sent my cancellation more than a month ago, 2 times even but I have not received any confirmation until now. No one can be reached on the phone. I wonder if the store still exists.
5The website was so expensive that you could have leased a mid-caliber car for it. After I learned that my father was paying so much money for a cheaply made website with photos of our business taken with a poor cell phone camera, we immediately wrote a letter of cancellation to adocom. It was impossible to enforce the cancellation until we threatened with a lawyer. Suddenly, for the first time after half a year and several attempts, we received a reply that the cancellation would take effect within a period of more than a year. Gagging contracts and cutthroats send their regards.
9We've been working together for 18 months now and I'm really satisfied. 👍
0These adocom are scammers!!!! Even after the cancellation and after the sending of the authcode, they still demand the fees for 2 years for services not provided.
8I only say my personal opinion: rip-off, do not keep your given promises (at least in my case) and recommend everyone to keep their hands off Adocom.
